PhotonVPS直连中国电信了

收到邮件通知说PhotonVPS已经直连中国电信的线路，电信的用户访问PhotonVPS的VPS速度会有很大改善。
北京电信的访问速度在200ms左右，比原来有比较大的改善。在邮件中说现在只上线了50%，还有50%会在12-24小时内上线，到时候在ping一下看看。

邮件原文：

We are pleased to announce that our direct uplink to China Telecom is now coming online! As many of you have noticed there has been improvements since about 6AM PST this morning. As it comes online our speeds to China will greatly increase. At the moment our uplink is 50% online with the remaining 50% to be ready within 12-24 hours!
